Description

The new building will fully express its significance and importance of the cross of Hurontario street and Burnhamthorpe road by the dynamic landmark tower and emphasize its gateway condition relative to Mississauga's City Centre.
The dynamic building rotates 360 degrees from bottom to top, with the views to all directions of the city.

The vertical greenery is also the main concept of this scheme, from the podium roof garden to each floor's unit garden.

The ellipse shape plan rotates 45 degrees in west south direction and changing the shapes in each floor. The 500 metre-high residential tower sits on a two floor high podium facing Hurontario street and Burnhamthorpe road.
The corner of the podium opens in the corner forming a formal square in front of the building ,so that the building looks like growing from the earth.

This scheme provides a cohesive design that integrates both the private and public realm with the human comfortable landscaping, public art, lighting, building forecourts, patio, transit facilities, multiuse paths and open space links along Hurontario street and Burnhamthorpe road for the strong pedestrian culture and the commercial value.

The two level podium serves mainly for the public and its roof garden and the amenity level for the residence.
