RedPath Pavillon
SPATIAL DESIGN THROUGH NATURE AND ACCESSIBLE CONNECTION
This architectural project creates adaptable public spaces that accommodate varied uses, such as gatherings and multi-level circulation through ramps and unique pathways. It balances solid and void volumes to encourage exploration and spatial fluidity.
Green elements like trees are protected and highlighted by transparent cylindrical enclosures, introducing peaceful pause points while enhancing visual appeal. Flat surfaces on select floors foster social interaction and community engagement, supporting both shared interests and socially isolated individuals.
Red cubic nodes along key circulation routes provide amenities such as cafés and rest areas, enriching the user journey. Strategic zoning and linear pathways ensure smooth pedestrian flow, optimizing crowd management and accessibility.
Cubic frames on the façade enhance architectural identity and offer expansive sightlines across elevations. The overall design emphasizes harmony with nature, spatial diversity, and inclusive social experiences--resulting in a visually dynamic and user-friendly environment.

The jury noted that while the spiral ramp introduces an interesting graphic element, its accessibility could be further enhanced, and careful integration could better preserve the surrounding greenery.
