Designed as a simple rectangle, this new kind of 1 ½ story house gives its occupants a great sense of space. The old-fashioned large kitchen is adjacent to the play and dining space. Children's bedrooms are at the opposite side of the house from the living room, and by different arrangements of the wardrobes may be used either as a three single bedrooms or as a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a play room. Upstairs is the parent's sitting room and, off it, their bedroom.
